Painting, seeing, and learning from each other together
The Open International Painting Circle at Kulturpunkt Bruck invites you to a lively art experience in Erlangen on October 12, 2026. People from different backgrounds and with various artistic experiences come together to paint, discuss images, and exchange their individual approaches to painting.
Painting as a meeting
The focus is not only on the finished picture but also on the creative process itself. Colors, shapes, and personal image ideas become visible in conversation and gain new meaning through the perspectives of the group. The open atmosphere creates space for artwork examination, mutual inspiration, and an aesthetic experience without pressure to perform.
Artistic support by Margarita de la Pena de Röder
The artist Margarita de la Pena de Röder voluntarily supports the painting circle with advice. Her guidance combines practical prompts with a sensitive eye on individual forms of expression. Cultural education emerges directly from the collaborative effort: Experiences are shared, techniques debated, and new ways of image design discovered.
An open space for creative experiences
Kulturpunkt Bruck becomes a social studio where painting fosters community. Beginners as well as already experienced artists find opportunities to expand their knowledge and engage in conversations about images with others. The exhibition atmosphere arises directly at the work table: in the concentrated gaze, in the transition from silence to dialogue, and in the visible development of the works.
Conclusion: An art experience with a personal touch
The Open International Painting Circle combines artistic practice, intercultural encounters, and inspiring exchanges. Those who want to experience painting as a communal process, develop their own ideas, and learn from others will find an accessible place for aesthetic experience and creative discovery at Kulturpunkt Bruck. Admission is free.
