Clarity for the next entrepreneurial step in Erlangen
A good business idea, the desire for independence, or planned business succession raise many questions. The free startup check in Erlangen offers a personal, one-hour consultation with experienced professionals from the business world on October 5, 2026.
Practical advice for founding and succession
Individual questions regarding business startup, the profitability of a project, and the takeover of an existing company are at the forefront. The economic development of Erlangen organizes the consultation day together with the economic development of the district Erlangen-Höchstadt and the AktivSenioren.
The consultation combines solid practical experience with a personal conversation atmosphere. Participants receive orientation for the next steps, can discuss their business idea, and address economic and organizational challenges.
An event experience with concrete added value
Instead of general theory, visitors can expect a direct conversation in a small setting. The individual consultations create space for a concentrated assessment and a realistic estimation of the entrepreneurial perspective. Thus, the startup check is aimed at both aspiring self-employed individuals and people looking for or about to engage in business succession.
Organization and Registration
The event planning is handled by the economic development of Erlangen. Prior registration via email is required for participation. Interested parties should contact wifoe@stadt.erlangen.de to schedule their consultation appointment.
