Dance together and stay fit in Erlangen
An uplifting afternoon, good music, and nice encounters await people aged 50 and above at the Dance Along – Stay Fit event at Kulturpunkt Bruck. The participatory dances from around the world create a senior-friendly community experience in a relaxed atmosphere – all without a fixed dance partner.
Movement, Music, and Social Participation
Shared movement brings joy to daily life and supports personal well-being. The varied dances invite participants to stay active, make new connections, and experience social participation. The focus is on collective participation, international dance impulses, and enjoyable time in a group.
Aged appropriately and possible without a partner
This offer is aimed at participants aged 50 and above. Standard dances are not the focus. The participatory dances from around the world can be attended without a partner, providing an easy access to movement, encounters, and community.
Senior-friendly afternoon
The event takes place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The early afternoon time allows for good planning of arrival and return trips and avoids a late evening appointment. Kulturpunkt Bruck is a sociocultural community center with regular movement offers and open meeting points.
Registration and Admission
The admission fee is 3 Euros. Interested individuals can receive information and registration from Ms. Sonnabend at 09131 58173. This allows for a calm preparation of the visit and planning according to one's own needs.
