Long-held Asanas for More Flexibility

Yin Yoga, also known as fascia yoga, belongs to the calming and rather passive types of yoga. The asanas are held for about three to five minutes. During this time, unnecessary muscles relax while the body slowly finds its position. The exercises promote flexibility and can help alleviate physical tensions and pain.

Fascia Rollers and Aids Complement the Session

The yoga practice is complemented by fascia rollers and other aids. The focus is on mindful execution, calm breathing, and conscious awareness of one's body. Even people without prior experience will find a suitable entry point into the session.
