Rhythm, Fitness, and Movement: Zumba for Advanced in Erlangen
On Thursday, October 15, 2026, the BIG project invites you to an energetic Zumba session at the community center Die Scheune in Erlangen-Büchenbach. From 19:30 to 20:30, the course combines dynamic dance movements with targeted fitness training and Latin rhythms.
Music Meets Athletic Challenge
Fast footwork, coordinated movements, and changing choreography get the body moving. The course is aimed at participants with Zumba experience and focuses on fitness, flexibility, and joy in dancing. A motivating stadium atmosphere in a small format is created when music, movement, and shared rhythm fill the room.
For Advanced and New Participants
Newcomers are welcome throughout the semester, provided there are free spots. The session is led by Simone Braack. Registration and further information can be obtained through the BIG project office from Jeanette Hefele.
Accessible Venue in Büchenbach
The course takes place in the hall of the accessible community center Die Scheune. The center is located at Odenwaldallee 2 in Erlangen-Büchenbach and is reachable by several bus lines. The Odenwaldallee stop is nearby.
Participation and Costs
The regular participation fee is 40 Euros. For holders of the ErlangenPass, a reduced price of 20 Euros applies. Since the spots are limited, timely registration with the BIG project is recommended.
