If you are a foreigner, don't move to this area. This immigration office is absolutely not helpful and very unfair.

What a disappointment. I logged in three times for the same thing. Each time, a new document appeared that they needed. Sorry, but this is unacceptable. If you don't feel like working, stay home; it's pointless. Unbelievable.

After 16 years of negligence on the part of the district office, I have now been summoned to the immigration office. The notification letter arrived on Friday, and I was instructed to appear within a week. Furthermore, I was threatened with a fine of €3,000 if I fail to comply. There are people who actually work! Of course, it's impossible to get an appointment on the only afternoon the district office is open. Moreover, I'm not receiving any replies to my emails, and they are unreachable by phone. This is extremely frustrating. One star, however, is due to the receptionist, who was extremely helpful.

I registered a new car and I have nothing but positive things to say. Booking an appointment online was no problem, and I received sufficient information via email. The appointment itself went smoothly as well. The employee at the information desk (I initially didn't understand how to use the appointment booking terminal) and the registration clerk were very friendly, and I was finished, including getting the license plates, in 25 minutes. The parking garage is also highly recommended.
